To help the public and industry keep track of the rapid changes, the NAIC created a database of state bulletins and alerts. State actions can easily be sorted by state, type of action and/or line of insurance. Downloadable spreadsheets list actions by state for Life and Health, Property and Casualty, and Emergency Declarations/Shelter in Place Orders. The NAIC will update the database on a rolling basis as state regulators declare new actions. The database will assist consumers, legislators and business professionals in understanding the actions taken across the country to protect consumers and ensure market solvency in the wake of the Coronavirus epidemic.
